INDIA ITME 2022: TTS makes some blockbuster associations & collaborations to earmark a new growth in the industry

ITME (Indian Textile Machinery Exhibition) is a biennial event that showcases the latest technology and innovations in the textile machinery industry. It is one of the largest textile machinery exhibitions in Asia and attracts a large number of visitors from around the world.

The 11th edition of India ITME brought forward an impeccable quality standard and registered a bounty of success in terms of amenities for exhibitors and visitors setting new benchmarks for exhibitions in India. 87,400 unique visitors totaling 1,10,000 footfalls over 6 days enjoyed an array of activities at the venue. Concurrent programs included technical discussions, CEO conclave, industry awards, wildlife photo gallery, alumni meet, and Government to industry interactions enhancing the experience and raising the excitement of participants. Hosted in IEML, Greater Noida, U.P. this year the exhibition showcased more than 1,600 Live machineries and unveiled 69 new products with participation from 68 countries.

Making it highly meaningful
After a hiatus of six years, the event saw a large number of high-quality visitors, including industry members, experts, academics, students, and government officials, as well as delegations from 13 countries led by senior officials who are seeking to work with India as a sourcing and trade partner for the development of their textile industry.

Some significant highlights
An award-winning organisation, SITRA has a full range of sophisticated textile testing instruments and modern machines and is one of the best equipped textile research organisations in the world. Headquartered in Coimbatore the organization always aims to create a cohesive environment for the industry to work with its tools and labor. In balancing SITRA’s effort TTS also always tries to take a modernistic approach towards textile solutions through its trend setting approaches and efforts.

To mark the occasion of India ITME and growth story of the future, Texcoms Textile Solution joined hands with SITRA (South India Textile Research Association) and promised to shoulder the task of textile growth in the upcoming future by revolutionizing the textile industry in India. TTS, having mastered the implementation for years, signed an MOU with the experts in textile consultancy – SITRA, on the first day of the ITME exhibition 2022. The teams have committed that they will together assess & upscale performance and operational excellence, providing complete end-to-end solutions & services. This union they believe will pave the way for the textile industry to reach new heights in India as well as globally.

Not only this but to further add to the glory and the efforts taken by Texcoms Textile Solution, TTS published its 1st ever edition of the Technical Handbook for the Textile industry and shared the first copy with SITRA. The Technical handbook was indeed well received by the textile professionals. Truly a milestone for the organization, TTS is very hopeful of the new journey they have embarked on and is highly positive that these associations will help the companies grow from strength to strength contributing to the overall industry growth.

Also, Empowering the staff to grow the company through thick and thin is a strong ambition for the company and to take this forward this year at the ITME the company flagged off the “Know Your Colleague” (KYC) concept, just like every year. This is a process in which all employees or staffs get to know each other. This typically involves knowing certain personal and professional details. The purpose of KYC is to ensure that all employee or staffs has a clear understanding of the background and capabilities of their colleagues. This information in the long run helps support employee development, and identify opportunities. This unique prospect helps Texcoms build a strong team and a single-minded collaborative environment at the workplace which helps it carry forward its vision for growth with more penchant.
