Journey of Mr. Sivakumar – a Textile Technologist as CEO.

Sivakumar is an Textile Technologist born in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India. Now he is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pakiza Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd and Pakiza Spinning Mills Ltd. In 1985 he began his career as Officer in The Tuticorin Spinning Mills. Then he continued his career as Head – Quality Assurance in Premier Fine Yarns Ltd and received Special awardee for the Best Performance and Cost Conservation.

He has worked in various textile industry and gained 34 years of experience in the Textile Industry from various country like India, Indonesia and Bangladesh. His specific experience includes increasing revenue through increasing productivity and introducing new products, and reducing costs through optimization of labour, power, spares consumed and overheads. Excellent at introducing budgeting to control costs and implementing product planning through contribution analysis to increase profitability. Skilled at operations turn-around and producing very high product quality acceptable to all leading buyers. Handled trade unions independently in India and Indonesia and ensured workers discipline and implemented all reformal measures effectively.
